Tutorial
In this tutorial, I will show you the steps I took to create PicsArt Amazing Wings Effect Photo Editing.
This is an intermediate tutorial so some steps can be tricky - if you are having difficulty with it, I suggest you go to the basic section of PicsArt, practice those tutorials first, or watch my previous video of PicsArt, a practice that tutorial first, then come back and do this one.

There are some steps we have to follow.
STEP 1:
Open PicsArt.
STEP 2:
Import one Image in Draw. Click on the Add option and select Photos, take a cutout option to select the outlines of image, if some extra selected then click brush option to select that particular part of that image, Remove the unwanted area from the images by using Eraser.
STEP 3:
Go to back then select effect, if you want to attract that image, then click on the right sign for apply, For image selection go to the bottom of that slide then click the Draw option to get that image.
STEP 4:
Click on Three dots, click on New select the Resolution as you want in that, select Empty layer, go to bottom then click on upload option for importing wall object as the background image.
STEP 5:
select Empty layer, go to bottom then click on upload option for inserting cloud object onto the background image that is wall object and click the bottom of that slide then click Eraser option and set the size and opacity of the Eraser, and Erase the unwanted area of that image.
STEP 6:
Take an Empty Layer and Drag that man image, for that go to the bottom of that slide then click the Draw option to get that image. resize and set that image onto the center of the cloud layer object.
STEP 7:
Take an Empty Layer and Drag that wing object, for that go to the bottom of that slide then click the Draw option to get that object, and set that wings object on behind the man image then take one more Empty Layer, and click on the brush option and give the shadow of that wings.
STEP 8:
Take an Empty Layer, and Drag that reverse triangle object, for that go to the bottom of that slide then click the Draw option to get that object to click the reverse triangle object, and set the opacity of that object, and place that object into the subject (i.e, image).
STEP 9:
Take one Empty Layer, and click the circle object, click on the NOR option in that click on the add option, and place that object at top of the head, by using the Eraser option remove the unwanted area of that circle object.
STEP 10:
Take one sparking object to attract the image, click on the NOR option in that click on the add option, resize that object, and set that object onto the main layer.
Finally, click on the Save button to finalize that image.
