There are some steps we have to follow.

STEP 1: 

Open Photoshop, Drag Subject by clicking File > Open by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool select the image then move that image onto the main Layer by using Move Tool.

STEP 2:

After Placing that image onto main Layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool select some area for making circle stretch,  stretch that area horizontally like this shown below and place it onto the top of the Layer.

STEP 3:

Select some more area like this only, after selecting area by Rectangular Marquee Tool stretch that area horizontally and place that stretched area also onto the top of the Layer.

STEP 4:

Select both the Stretched Layer and make a Duplicate Layer or copy that both the Layers and place it one by one like this shown in below.

STEP 5:

After placing all the Layer ,select all the Layer and right click on the selected Layer then press Convert to Smart Object, the main reason for converting object into smart object is that you cannot lose quality of image in that means original object is not affected.

STEP 6:

After converting object into smart object then you click Filter > Disort > Polar coordinates  then click OK for converting horizontal stretched object into Circle Stretched object.

STEP 7:

Then place main image to the front and that streched polar circle stretched image to backside of the main image for that via dragging the layers we can adjust however we want.

STEP 8:

After placing that circle stretched image using Eraser Tool you can erase left side part of stretched circle.

STEP 9:

Import wall Image by clicking File > Open , then drop that wall image backside of the circle stretched object and adjust Layers like this .

STEP 10:

Select a New Layer by clicking Bottom option, then click Brush Tool, apply at the bottom, set opacity to 70 and above and adjust it.

Once our all editing is done then go to File >save , or else press (ctrl+s) to save that image.
