In this tutorial, I will show you the steps I took to create Speed Art Tutorial Manipulation of Godzilla's storm Editing in Photoshop.
This is an intermediate tutorial so some steps can be tricky - if you are having difficulty with it, I suggest you go to the basic section of Photoshop, practice those tutorials first, or watch my previous video of Photoshop, practice those tutorials first, then come back and do this one.

There are some steps we have to follow.
STEP 1:
Open Photoshop, create a new layer by clicking File > New, then set the background in that height is 2000, width is 2000, color as white, and resolution is 300.
STEP 2:
Import ocean image by clicking File > Open, drag that image on the new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool, and drop into the background layer using Move Tool.
STEP 3:
Import one more ocean image by clicking File > Open, drag that image to a new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool, and drop onto the background layer using Move Tool.
STEP 4:
After that Import cloud image by clicking File > Open, drag that image to the new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool, and drop onto the upper layer using Move Tool.
STEP 5:
Import man image by clicking File > Open, drag that image on the new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool and using Move Tool drop onto the ocean layer in such a way that man is standing inside the ocean.
STEP 6:
Import building Object by clicking File > Open, drag that image on the new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool and drop onto the ocean layer using Move Tool and place it onto the right side of the cloud object, and make a duplicate layer by right-clicking building object layer then click Duplicate Layer and place it.
STEP 7:
After that Import cloud image by clicking File > Open, drag that image to a new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool, and drop onto the first ocean layer using Move Tool.
STEP 8:
Import Dragon Object by clicking File > Open, drag that image on the new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool and drop onto the middle of the ocean layer using Move Tool then click Convert to Smart Object to overcome from mask layer to normal layer.
STEP 9:
After that make a duplicate layer by right-clicking on the dragon object layer then click Duplicate Layer and drop then dragon image beside the first Dragon image then adjust both the dragon by dragging the layers.
STEP 10:
By clicking File > Open Import base layers that are created using Brush Tool drag that image on the new layer by clicking Rectangular Marquee Tool and drop onto the behind of the man, using Eraser Tool you can Erase unwanted area.
STEP 11:
If all the Editing is done then go to Filter > camera row filter and adjust the color then press Enter.
STEP 12:
Finally, our editing is done successfully then go to save that image by clicking File >Save.
