PicsArt Amazing Portrait Effect
Tutorial
In this tutorial, I will show you the steps I took to create the PicsArt Amazing Portrait Effect Photo Editing.
This is an intermediate tutorial so some steps can be tricky - if you are having difficulty with it, I suggest you go to the basic section of PicsArt, practice those tutorials first, or watch my previous video of PicsArt, practice those tutorials first, then come back and do this one.

There are some steps we have to follow.
STEP 1:
Open PicsArt.
STEP 2:
Import one Image in Draw. Click on the Add option and select Photos, take a cutout option to select the outlines of boy image, if some extra selected then click brush option to select that particular part of that image, Remove the unwanted area from the image by using Eraser.
STEP 3:
Go to back then select effect in that select HDR option, if you want to attract that image, then click on the right sign for apply, For image selection go to the bottom of that slide then click the Draw option to get that particular image.
STEP 4:
Draw the image, take an Eraser set the Opacity of that Eraser and lightly remove the Edge of that image as you wish, then click on three dots and click on transform option and set that image.
STEP 5:
Take an Empty layer and upload the background circle object and set that circle object behind the subject, click on three dots merge the subject and background object.
STEP 6:
Take an Empty layer and upload the smoke object, set that fogg object on to the bottom of left side of the subject.
STEP 7:
Take an Empty Layer and upload the moon background object and click on NOR option , in that add option , set that opacity and place that moon background object to behind the subject like this shown below.
STEP 8:
Take an Empty Layer and upload the light Effect object and click on NOR option , in that add option , set that opacity and place that on left side of circle object , then click on three dots, click on transform option and resize that image again click on three dots and click on copy and place that light effect on right side of circle object.
Finally click on the save button to finalize that image.
