Tutorial

In this tutorial, I will show you the steps I took to create Vectorant PicsArt New Portrait Cartoon Effect Photo Editing.

This is an intermediate tutorial so some steps can be tricky - if you are having difficulty with it, I suggest you go to the basic section of PicsArt, practice those tutorials first, or watch my previous video of PicsArt, practice those tutorials first, then come back and do this one.

There are some steps we have to follow.

STEP 1:

Open PicsArt.

STEP 2:

Import one Image in Draw. Click on the Add option and select Photos, take a cutout option to select the outlines of image, if some portion of the area is not selected then click brush option to select that particular part of that image, Remove the unwanted area from the images by using Eraser.

STEP 3:

For an image, selection goes to the bottom of that slide then click the Draw option to get that image.

STEP 3:

Go to back then select Effect , in that click Artistic if you want to attract that image, then click on right sign for apply.

STEP 4:

Draw the image, for that click on three dots then click on new, and set the resolution of that page as  1200x1600.

STEP 5:

Click on Three dots , click on New  select the Resolution as you want in that select Empty layer, go to bottom then click on upload option  for inserting one layer as a background Object Layer,for that take one Empty layer for setting the background object set that on page, then place that object layer on the white Layer.

STEP 7:

Take one Empty layer and place the subject on that layer, and set this subject on the background object.

STEP 8:

Take one Empty layer and place that circle object on the subject, click Eraser option in that set opacity of that Eraser remove the unwanted area of that subject.

STEP 9:

Using Eraser option Select the circle and remove the unwanted circle present on the face.

Finally click on save button to finalize that image.
