Details of Tutorials:
  • Software: Photoshop CS6

There are some steps we have to follow.

STEP 1:
Open Photoshop.

STEP 2:
Import cow image by clicking File > Open, unlock that image by clicking the right side of the unlock button, then we have to make a copy of that image by clicking the right side of the layer of the image.

We already know that the opened image is not that much attracted with respect to its background so to changing the contrast of the background image, we make use of Filter Tool, for selecting that filter tool click on Filter > Camera Raw Filter, in that adjust the colors as our requirement like shown below, after that make a duplicate of this layer by right-clicking of this image then click on Duplicate Layer.

STEP 4:
To give a glowing effect on Horn for that first you select horn by clicking the left side of the toolbar in that click Polygonal Lasso Tool to make a selection of horn.

STEP 5:
After selecting this horn using the Polygonal Lasso Tool, then make a copy of this selected area, by right-clicking on this selected area then click on Layer copy, otherwise using a shortcut key (ctrl+j) you can make a copy of this selected area, using Eraser tool you can erase unwanted area.

Once you copied that selected horn, then you can change the color of the whole image using the color lookup option, for that click on the Adjustment Layer icon which is located at the bottom of the toolbar, in that color lookup again you will get 3 options before you selecting 3DLUT File, first you can click the Adjustment Clips for applying the effect for all below layers, for doing this you can change the color of the image. Adjustment Layer > Color Lookup > 3DLUT File > MoonLight.3DL .

STEP 7:
After changing the color of the image then again click on Adjustment Layer, in that select Black and White options for changing color to black, in that adjust the opacity value as shown below.

STEP 8:
After changing the color of the image make a duplicate layer, by right-clicking on the horn layer then click on the Duplicate Layer option, in that Layers tool click on the Linear Dodge option for lightening.

STEP 9:
For blurring the horn object go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur in that change the value of Gaussian Blur value and make a duplicate layer by right-clicking on the horn layer then click on the Duplicate Layer option as shown below.

STEP 10:
Repeat step 9 for 4 to 5 times for blurring the horn object, then make a duplicate layer by right-clicking on the horn layer then click on the Duplicate Layer option.
